Original Paintings / Commissions

We do not offer any exchange or refund on Original paintings and commissions. 

Damage

All original paintings are shipped using track and trace services and are insured for the full value of the piece. They are packaged carefully and should reach you in perfect condition. In the worst case scenario that something happens in transit to your original artwork please get in touch with us immediately via email, so that we can start the claims process with the carrier. Unfortunately one off original pieces cannot be replaced. Refunds will be made after the due process with the carrier is completed.

Printed Artwork

Damage

All printed artwork is shipped using signed for or tracked delivery. All items are carefully packaged and should arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your order is damaged in transit, get in touch with us by email as soon as possible attaching photographs of the damaged piece and any/ all damaged packaging.  A replacement print will be sent out at no further cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

If you decide on receipt of the print that you longer want the piece, you have 30 days from the date of original purchase to get in touch and let us know you intend to return the print and a further 14 days for the print to be received by us. In order for us to process your refund, the print must be returned to us unused and in original condition and packaging. All items deemed suitable for return will be refunded using the original method of payment. Any/ all unapproved returns will be sent back to the customer. Refund timescales are dependent on the original method of payment and are normally completed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item.  In this case the original postage costs will not be refunded and the return postage is payable by customer. It is advisable to use a tracked and insured service to return the print as we are not liable for items which get damaged or go missing in the post.

Exchanges

In the event that someone gifts you a print that you would like to exchange for a different piece that is no problem. I can exchange the item to the same value of the original piece excluding any/ all postage. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible and within 30 days of the original purchase of the item. As above, the piece for exchange must be returned to us unused and in original condition. Any/ all return and additional postage required is payable by customer. It is advisable that you use a tracked and insured service to return the print to us as we are not liable for items which get damaged or go missing in the post.

Delivery & Shipping

A click and collect service from the studio is available on check out. Orders will be available for collection within 2 working days.

A local delivery service is available. If you would like to make use of the delivery service, please get in touch via email to find out about areas served and any / all costs applicable

Shipping costs are not included in the prices listed on the website. They are calculated and applied to your order at checkout.

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of payment being received, using a signed for or tracked delivery service. All orders are also insured to the value of the piece.

Please note for international orders, any import duty or taxes are not included and are payable separately by the customer
